Football Season Ends

Hunter somehow snuck into the playoffs this season after their amazing victory over Viewmont. Today they played Lone Peak in the first round of the playoffs. (It was also the last round of the playoffs for the Wolverines.)

It was an afternoon game. It took about 17 hours to get to Lone Peak High School. Then, the football field is approximately 2.3 miles from the school and the parking lot. Unfortunately, it wasn't much quicker coming back home. It was a very long day. Plus, Utah County just makes my uptight.

Hunter lost. Willie played well. He was even coaching the offensive line at one point (or at least that's what it looked like). Here is Molly at the game. Thanks, Annie, for the picture.

Basketball season is just around the corner. I'm excited, but I'm also feeling a little uptight about that, too. It could be a long season. It might feel like being in Utah County all over again.

Oh I totally forgot he was playing them. I was going to ask when and where...because I live way closer than 2.3 miles from Lone Peak. And if being in Utah County makes you up tight try living here.
