Quarantine Update
Thank to to everyone who has commented, called, and e-mailed about the skin diseases of James and me. We are doing better. I ended up in the emergency room Sunday afternoon at LDS Hospital (my mom convinced me to not go to Insta-not-care, so the hospital was our next option). My red marks continued to get worse and worse, spreading up my neck, onto my face and swelling around my eyes. The doctor in the ER said I had an allergic reaction to some medication my regular doctor had given me for a sinus infection. After getting two new prescriptions, the swelling and rash on my face started to clear up. I still have spots everywhere, but they are more faint and no loner hot like they were (they still itch though). Hopefully it will all be cleared up in a few days.
James has had a wart issue for his whole life. No amount of liquid nitrogen, over-the-counter rememdies, nor dry ice for that matter, have cleared up the warts on his hands. He visited Dr. Rasmussen the younger (a dermotologist) a few weeks ago and was given this strange stuff to try and see if it would help (I think it was called DCMB or something). The doctor likened it to Poison Ivy. Wherever it touches your skin, your body will react and try to get rid of it. James is supposed to spread it on his hand once a week. Let is sit for a couple of hours, then wash it off. What you saw in the photos was the "reaction" after week 2 (no he is not putting more on until this clears up if he puts more on at all). As his body tries to kill off the foreign stuff, it is also supposed to kill off the warts. We'll see if it works. James promises that it hasn't hurt much after the intial day or so of a terrible burning sensation, it just itches. He seems to be doing okay and keeps it wrapped up most of the time with a lot of antibiotic on it. Yes, I know it looks very scary.
That's the update. Thanks again to those of you who have been concerned. We are doing okay!!

Quarantine!!
James and I have both concocted strange, deadly diseases this week. Here are some photos of James's hand. Dr. Rasmussen decided to try some weird killer wart remedy and this is what happened. Me? Well, I woke up Saturday with red spots and then on Sunday it quadrupled and itched real bad. Not sure what it is. Take a look. I promise, the pictures are not contagious, but they are real.
