I took my camera to the Kearns game

Here are some pictures.

Mama Judy had matching "Hunter Football" shirts made for all the grandkids!

Jack has football bum pants

This is Jack's transportation to and from the games.
The baby Biorn carrier is my favorite thing.  We used it quite a bit with Molly, but it comes in even more handy now because I can hold Jack and still have free hands to catch Molly.
(Brooke, have I ever told you how much I appreciate this gift?  Thanks!)

Our trek around the track to visit Grandpa.

Actual game photos . . .  they didn't turn out very well.  This are the only ones that are even worth looking at.

Here are Mama Judy's Wrap-ups of the last 2 games:

Long sleeve white shirt lasted only through the first half -- it was not that helpful in making for a great game!

Game #7 - Winning Team - Hunter 21 Kearns 20

This game was a nailbiter from the beginning!  HHS got scored first but then got down 20 to 7.  The team came back strong in the 4th qarter to seal the 1 point win!  It was a great game.  Kearns has some pretty big players and they owned our o-line for half the game.  But the drive and spirt came through in the second half for the win!

The team also got some great press in the D-News this week about all of the sets of brothers on the team!

This is why I like Hunter Football- The Haka

My comments:  It was cold and was the first game Jack has really struggled with.  I think he just didn't want to be cold.  We survived, though.  Cousin Natalie, Aunt Geneil, and Friend Emily came to this one.  Cindy even brought Grandpa for a half!

Here are a couple of newspaper articles about the Kearns game.

Game #8 Winning Team -- Hunter 38 Taylorsville 13

It was one of those games where the players and the spectators just couldn't get excited about what was happening on the field.  It was kind of pathetic in a way. Taylorsville is just a 1 win team this season and the football team just didn't have much to show vs. the HHS Wolverines.  The best part of the game is that HHS is pretty much the outright Region 2 Champions.  Just one game left in the regular season and then on to the state 5A playoffs!

My comments: This game was on a Thursday and boring.  We had a hard time paying attention.  At least the weather was good.  It dropped about 30 degrees the next night.  Uncle Eddie and cousing EJ came.  It's been nice visiting with her at a couple of games.  Friend Emily came to this one, too, and helped with Molly and Jack.  Molly and I went to get her a drink at the snack bar and they were microwaving the hot dogs.  Interesting.
